Less data, kept less time.
Plain-English summary of how Gamsites handles personal data.
What we collect
Newsletter subscribers: email address, the page where you signed up, and a confirmation timestamp. Site visitors: standard server logs including IP address and user agent, retained for fraud and abuse prevention. Anyone using a contact form: the message contents and the email you provided.
What we do not collect
Gamsites does not run third-party advertising trackers, behavioural cookies, or fingerprinting scripts. The site does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We do not require an account for any reading or research function.
Newsletter delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), our transactional email provider. Resend retains email metadata for delivery diagnostics. Unsubscribing removes you from all future sends; the underlying record is deleted on request.
Cookies
Functional cookies only. Anything that needs to remember a state across requests (filter preferences, age confirmation) sets a first-party cookie. No third-party tracking cookies are loaded.
Your rights
You can request access to data Gamsites holds about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of any record. Email the address below; requests are typically actioned within 14 days.
Cross-border rights
Where you reside in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights, those rights apply. Gamsites recognises and accommodates requests under the EU GDPR for EU residents and the UK GDPR for UK residents.
